How about Jump Back to 1975? This wouldn’t feel off next to Ringo Starr & T-Rex Boogalooing across the stage, but it sounds real good today. My first question was – “Is this the David Hasselhoff?” Turns out – yep! Well, it doesn’t matter – he’s sounding great. My next question was – is this really a new song? Turns out it was a hit in New Zealand 30 years ago by someone else. Well, I never lived in New Zealand, so I’m glad that David & his friends rescued it from obscurity for my ears to enjoy.
