When old friends come back completely in tune with the hour, yet sounding oddly familiar, I can’t help but be grateful that it’s possible to age gracefully and hope I am reflecting this image in their eyes. The world can wait while we catch up on the intervals and marvel at all the dreams we had that are being fulfilled in front of our eyes. We can pick up our guitars and play rhythms we learned the past few years, and still fall into some grooves that are oddly familiar. Tasty times. It’s nice to know, as one shoutout says, We Can Win. Blow Monkeys – The World Can Wait
When old friends come back completely in tune with the hour, yet sounding oddly familiar, I can’t help but be grateful that it’s possible to age gracefully and hope I am reflecting this image in their eyes.
